- Gathered shipping data in various formats and transferred the information into Excel spreadsheets for easier access to the data when creating summary reports.- Added new shipping lanes in the TMS shipping system to increase the efficiency of our delivery process.- Gained experience in the SAP operating system by entering and changing orders as needed
