The learning from this program was integrated into the current Community Innovation Grants.Project Managed the execution and evaluation of approximately 60 projects per month worth $5 Million with teams across all disciplines: communications, evaluation, web development, community engagement, facilitation trainings, on-line challenges with sponsors, research, and writing reports. Led staff of 5 and nine Founding Partners through the refinement of InCommons from initial concept through execution, and pivoting the initiative. Led the creation of the first sustainability position to create an ecologically sound business model that would heal the planet while ensuring growth in profits.While executing $2-$3 million worth of work as a project manager, simultaneously led the creation of the first sustainability position and company goals with CEO, COO and six owners.Reported directly to the President/CEO while managing an average of 24 monthly projects integrated throughout six company departments.
