My ideal customers are companies who are looking to purchase a building if they are currently renting or looking to expand, buying new machinery, establish a line of credit to support working capital, and or just simply strengthen their depository relationship. I am also well versed in SBA 504 lending, partner buyouts, and debt restructuring.I see each relationship I have as a partnership.
