Broad oversight and responsibility for strategic, operational, and financial results of the education business unit within Kalkomey Enterprises. • Lead a revenue-focused, global marketing team to establish strategic marketing activities utilizing the full marketing mix: product, pricing, promotion and placement• Partner with executive leadership to formulate and articulate a strategic vision and investment priorities, including the review of the competitive environment and prioritization of financial/non-financial resources• Partner with executive leadership to develop strategy and key growth initiatives necessary to realize the strategic vision and build sustainable competitive advantage• Provide strategic oversight of business performance, customer analytics, benchmarking, KPIs, competitor analysis, and execution monitoring, to ensure delivery of established business objectives• Conduct strategic reviews of businesses, products, segments, and operations to identify opportunities and issues and recommend solutions that improve long term competitiveness• Support identification, assessment, and management of strategic partnerships, joint venture, acquisition, and/or disposal opportunities which support the strategic direction of the business, as required• Develop and grow a global, revenue-focused Marketing team.• Translate the company's business objectives, market opportunities and portfolio of offerings into a formal, cohesive go-to-market architecture• Partner with leaders across the business (e.g. sales, product, business development, sales operations, marketing operations, etc) to design a comprehensive go-to-market strategy and plan including positioning, launch strategy, PR, sales and partner materials• Provide leadership, direction and mentoring to guide the marketing staff in its day-to-day activities• Conduct routine assessments of the organization's go-to-market processes and address gaps in performance• Manage the hiring, development, and retention of Marketing team talent globally
