Current• Research and write articles for a weekly client newsletter, primarily feature pieces that provide in-depth analysis of major patent litigation decisions and their impact on the industry.• Curate a company-wide database of Alice orders through manual review, enabling complex and granular data analysis of patent eligibility challenges and their outcomes.• Develop and publish reports and blog posts that cover a variety of important developments and trends affecting the patent space.• Produce timely analyses of international patent litigation, giving US audiences insight on China, Germany, the UK, and other top patent jurisdictions.• Manage the creation and public distribution of original online content, making RPX data and research accessible to business owners and stakeholders both within and outside the IP community.• Provide clients with on-demand research and written intelligence on timely and relevant topics.• Create high-level yet thorough one-page summaries of notable infringement litigation, allowing members to quickly get up to speed and stay informed.• Review newly filed patent litigation, identifying whether plaintiffs are non-practicing entities (NPEs), tracking newsworthy complaints for further coverage, and evaluating for client relevance.• Track daily industry developments, updating the company on breaking news affecting the patent industry.
