Co Host - The GreenscoreThe Greenscore Aug 2021 - PresentGreenscore is a podcast about sustainability, and specifically about looking at how we as individuals can make changes in what we use, or how we use it, to play our part in fighting climate change. We want to cut through all the noise, the mountains of information, and provide a really clear and simple picture so that everyone can be empowered to make some better choices and understand the science behind it. Inspired by the issues I faced in understanding what I could do, and feeling out of control and overwhelmed, I wanted to learn more. I teamed up with my awesome co-host Taylor, a sustainability scientist, to see how I could make changes to help the fight against climate change and in the process take back some ownership and control. To do this we are going to focus on one commonly used product per episode and look at how they are produced, used and recycled, and what the environmental impact is of each stage. We then look at what the alternatives are and look at the concrete results either using something different, or changing your behaviour, can bring.You can catch our first few episodes on both Spotify and Apple! -
