I am responsible for actively managing and overseeing all company projects, key initiatives, and project teams. This includes resource utilization and the day-to-day execution of the company project portfolio through the PMO. My primary duties are to: align the project portfolio goals and objectives with company strategic objectives and revenue goals, advance the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure the established project management processes are utilized, train new project managers/teams, teach and lead project management culture (including Agile), work with all project teams to ensure projects are efficiently managed & completed to Product Owner/client specifications, and consult with department managers to establish and improve process/project management and throughput within their departments. I directed the successful adoption and implementation of Scrum/Agile Project Management methodologies, framework, and processes company wide.

Additional responsibilities included: project management training for new hires, teams, cross-divisional subject matter expertise and consulting, and directing user acceptance testing (UAT). I founded the Operations Testing Standardization committee.
