With over three years of experience as a Technology Analyst, I have a passion for solving complex business problems with data-driven solutions. My mission is to help Nationwide achieve its strategic goals by improving its business processes, data quality, and data security. I have a strong background in management information systems and marketing, which enables me to understand both the technical and business aspects of data management.In my current role at Nationwide, I conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current-state and desired, future-state business processes. I facilitate discovery meetings with stakeholders and business leaders to obtain functional and non-functional requirements. I design and construct process diagrams to assist software engineers in understanding system actions. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate their manual processes and provide data management solutions to various lines across the organization. I map back-end database schema to front-end application interfaces and ensure data governance principles and practices are followed. Some of the skills that I use daily are relationship building, spreadsheets, data management, and data visualization.
