As a collective of experienced practitioners, we not only support others on their journey, but develop open source tools & products, conduct research and run experiments. Our mission is to grow new organizing structures and cultures that contribute to a more healthy system for all.

• Co-founded Harmony, a self-organizing, purpose-driven mindfulness program powered by passionate volunteers. Grew the program to 30 volunteers delivering mindfulness services to 11,000 Navy Federal employees. Over 90% of customers improved their well-being and job performance as a result of participating in the program.• Co-founded Greening Up, Navy Federal's environmental sustainability initiative. Designed the organizational structure, hosted executive meetings, executed org-wide Open Space event, and led transition to self-organizing network. Grew the initiative to 50 volunteers, who led projects on recycling education, sustainability challenges, annual budgeting, and hosting external speakers. Volunteers shared that participating in Greening Up was the best experience they've ever had at Navy Federal.• Founded Inside-Out Development Network for exploring and piloting vertical development approaches. Conducted 6-month learning experiment with branch managers using Vertical Mindset Indicator and Immunity to Change. All participants found the experience valuable and felt Navy Federal should expand its vertical development offerings.• Designed and hosted new leader integrations, multiday offsites, strategic planning sessions, visioning exercises, team-building, and purpose and values discussions. Over 90% of participants found sessions valuable and would recommend them to others.• Coached leaders 1x1 and in groups using client-driven approaches, Leadership Circle 360, emotional intelligence assessments, polarities, and mindfulness techniques.

• Led a five-member, year-long task force to enhance division’s project management process. Spearheaded strategic analysis and stakeholder interviews; formulated recommendations; and obtained buy-in from top management. Oversaw development and implementation of change communication plan, process maps, post-mortems, key performance indicators, and two seminars on project scoping. Surveyed all 26 team members who agreed that the new process increased communication and efficiency. • Spearheaded three-member team to automate mortgage originations. Oversaw scoping, dataset design, and decision tree modeling and garnered management buy-in. Automate $3B in annual originations, saving $500K+ per year. • Created and executed strategy for cultivating a principles-focused culture within the division. Developed and facilitated three workshops that strengthened team member relationships and fostered understanding of group principles. Designed and implemented program to recognize team members who exemplify principles. • Oversee a team of five analysts. Guide growth and development conversations, provide technical support, establish goals and priorities, monitor performance, provide feedback, and ensure quality deliverables. Promoted three analysts within a year of working with me. Manager provided feedback that direct reports appreciate my servant leadership.• Hired two analysts. Instituted resume scoring system, competency-based interview questions, and quantitative interview assessments in order to eliminate bias. Both hires perform very well and are excellent cultural fits.

• Coordinated with multiple business units to construct and vet a 100-million row dataset and to develop a candidate model for computing credit card rewards liability. Generated $22M in immediate savings and $1.2M in savings per month in perpetuity. Received a Superior Achievement award from top management.• Conducted profitability and scenario analysis to determine viability of expanding mortgage originations to higher loan-to-values. Management implemented recommendation, which generates an estimated $50M in originations per year.• Oversaw and mentored a PhD candidate in automating three complex quarterly reports. Reduced time to complete reports by eight days per year and boosted report accuracy.• Developed Tableau dataset and designed, programmed, and implemented three Tableau dashboards in collaboration with project team members. Presented dashboards to top management, who uses them to inform business decisions.

Conducted quantitative research on equities and index futures strategies. Created custom software, managed large data sets, and designed, analyzed, and optimized trading systems.

Led cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and growth of a new mental health service. Researched, drafted, and published a statewide regulation under the most rigorous state regulatory process in the nation.

Managed time-sensitive caseload of 100+ applications to determine eligibility for public benefits. Interviewed clients to assess eligibility and researched public policy in evaluating complex cases.
