With over 15 years of work experience, I am a versatile and creative professional with a passion for designing and delivering unique and impactful promotional products for a variety of clients. I have a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ateneo de Manila University, and I excel at project and account management, graphics, and customer service. I am currently an Account Coordinator at Bespoke Promo, a company that specializes in designing, sourcing, and supplying product innovations that connect with target audiences and build brand awareness and engagement.In my current role, I work with clients from different industries and sectors and my task is to understand their needs, objectives, and preferences, and to design and create custom promotional products that suit their brand identity and message. I manage the entire process from ideation to execution, ensuring that the products are of high quality, within budget, and delivered on time. I also coordinate with internal and external partners, such as suppliers, designers, and logistics, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. I use my skills in project and account management, graphics, and customer service to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
