A complete change management strategy was implemented to infuse a new culture reflecting the professionalism required to reflect the growth achieved. 2. Marketing and Fundraising: A complete re-branding was introduced to ensure all the organisational marketing materials were in sync and of comparable standard to most medium to large size NGOs. 3. Compliance: Development of all relevant policies and procedures to ensure complete compliance with Charity Commission requirements as well as other government legislation across all sectors in which the charity operated.
