• Contributed written segments, editing and graphics for over 200 proposals, some contracts in excess of $25M, for commercial, Federal, state and local clients such as HUD, FEMA, and the DOE. Regular participation on Red Teams, Gold Teams and Black Hats. Critical analysis of RFP for potential compliance, competitor and collusion issues, creation of templates and compliance matrix/capture planning, contributions to sections, creation of all proposal graphics, and analysis of the final product for compliance.• Architected, designed, wrote and solicited content for the redo of the IBTS website.• Provided templates, graphics and editorial services and contributed written segments for over 40 technical and training manuals.• Wrote and designed brochures and sell sheets for 24 IBTS services, bringing them a consistent look, feel and voice.• Edited the US Department of Housing and Urban Development's CCI and QSI Guidelines, and CFR 3280, 3282, 3285 and 3288 manuals.• Provided contract analysis and orals coaching on proposal wins and partnering agreements.• Was part of a team that received a commendation from Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, for creating LSPC training manuals for the Louisiana Department of Safety, as part of a continuing project within the state to support the deployment of a thoroughly trained staff to parish level building department offices.• Received an annual award for excellence every year of employment at IBTS.• Wrote press releases that were picked up and run as articles in the Times Picayune, the Washington Post, the Real Estate Institute, the International Business Times, Gannett, Yahoo News, ICMA PM Magazine, Defense Communities, Construction Today Magazine, Urban Land Institute Magazine, opencongress.org, efficiencyfirst.org, streetinsider.com, Home Energy Magazine and the Huffington Post.
