With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about delivering excellent service and creating memorable experiences for customers. As the Customer Journey Manager at Cebu Pacific Air, we lead the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies and initiatives across the organization. We collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and design solutions that improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. I also leverage my MBA skills to analyze data, measure performance, and optimize processes and resources. Prior to joining Cebu Pacific Air, I was the Hotel Operations Manager at St. Francis Hotels - BSA Twin Towers Hotel, where I managed the daily operations of the hotel, ensured compliance with quality standards and regulations, and supervised and trained the staff. I also handled guest relations, complaints, and feedback, and initiated projects to enhance the hotel's facilities and services. Some of the skills that I have acquired and utilized in my roles are restaurant operations, guest service, and hospitality.
