Current• Provide oversight for intake process to ensure timely responses to collaboration requests • Streamlined intake by creating sector teams and new intake processes • Created process for monthly client lead meetings • Work with deputy director of programs & operations to further systematize monthly financial process o establish onboarding documents for incoming team members• Establish clear workflows • Explore and evaluate options for managed Human Resource services to inform a decision on a Human Resource partner • Support deputy director of programs & operations in the selection and onboarding of it partner to systematize contracting workflow • Establish templates for ongoing use with clients and consulting partners • Assist in the creation of and maintenance of an operations manual/playbook • Manage the communication, roll out and follow up around operational process changes. • Prepare invoices using QuickBooks online, for both strategies and institute • Follow up for past due payments • Receive requests for payment from vendors and consulting partners • Manage all contracting for strategies and institute clients and consulting partners • Provide support for year-end reporting and tax processes • Support onboarding of and coordination with consulting partners • Act as liaison to Human Resource partner, once fully onboarded • Act as liaison to Information Technology partner, once fully onboarded • Provide additional support to program team, as needed• Contribute ideas to improve the experience of Perception’s clients and staff
