As responsible for keeping Samsung to go-to product in 25 stores, my tasks include:- Relationship building and maintenance- Ensuring the Samsung exhibition displays professionalism- Analyse the product setup in the individual stores- Keeping products top-of-mind with the sales people on site- Planning and hosting product trainingsFurther, to support Marketing, I also develop, plan and host general events and competitions. To ensure revenue generation, I create business cases and calculate ROI for various brand-related initiatives.Key achievements include:- +375% increase in sales of a specific product group compared to the same period the preceding year- Planning and implementation of Samsung Denmark's first ever CSR event- Relationship building with the most well-known Danish female fitness influencer resulting in her free participation and promotion of a large Samsung event- Responsibility for security and roll out of a new flagship product (pre-embargo) resulting in zero leaks or security breaches.
