With background in my education as mechanical engineer (B.SC.) and commercial work experience, I have acquired skills within business management, leadership, sales, finance, operations, business development, project- and product management. I am highly skilled in cooperation between all departments in an organization and have throughout my work life been well liked by my colleagues. As such it has always been easy for me to secure commitment, cooperation and results from all stakeholders across the organization.My leadership style is based on empowerment and delegation as well as strong focus on commercial results. I lead through sparring, proactivity and shared risk.
