NORMA Advokater was founded in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2022, but our roots go back to 1935 when the late Ivar Glimstedt. We are a full-service Corporate Commercial law firm, and pride ourselves in being a one-stop shop for legal business services, delivering world-class advice to all branches.What really gets me going is helping entreprenuers in all stages of their entrepreneurship, whether you run a start-up, are in the process of just dealing with the day-to-day operations, or at the stage where a divestment of your Company is the next step in your legacy.
