Acting as the sole business analyst, I supported two key areas of business – Customer Insights and Personal Shopper. Reporting directly to the SVP of Merchandising and Production, I created, maintained, tracked, and updated standardized reporting that supported key business partners who contributed to these departments. I built reports, analyzed data, researched trends, and supported operational execution. My goal was to take large data sets and build actionable insights.Highlights:- Developed, maintained, and reported on multiple Tableau dashboards that provided key customer insights to a cross-functional team of 10+ executives- Manipulated, cleaned and merged large (12+ million row) datasets for analysis in Tableau- Evaluated “active buyer health” (weekly users and discovery of product) to recommend website content changes that increase discovery- Highlighted most profitable clients to target using customized versions of z-scores based on member activity and on-site spending- Created, analyzed and presented to the entire company a quarterly member survey of 50,000 members which informed upcoming quarter strategy and tactics
