I reviewed Aurizon’s operational model and then built a standalone financial and operating model that assessed cost structures, allocation methods and predicted future cost, including the impact of efficiency gains.- Developed whole-of-life infrastructure cost models, asset replacement models, risk-based failure prediction models, and options analyses to support successful business cases and inform asset management plans.
