I was a superintendent on SNB 3+ Data Center project with a $570MM GMP. The Project includes sitedevelopment, 570,000 sf of data halls, and 33,000 sf of administrative office space. The building consists of a data hall building connected to administrative space. The superstructure is structural steel. The roof is framed with open‐webbed girders/joists with composite slab on metal deck. The façade consists of precast concrete, metal wall panels, and curtain wall. Mechanical systems include conventional HVAC systems in the admin space. In the data halls, cooling is provided by a custom evaporative cooling strategy that does not use chiller‐based cooling. The penthouse is essentially a giant air handler that uses evaporative cooling by employing filters, louvers, fans, evaporative cooling media, mechanical piping and controls. Outside air and return air are mixed, controlled, conditioned and circulated for optimal temperature and humidity. Electrically, the project is extensive with the electrical scope comprising 40% of the scope of work including extensive medium voltage and technology/telecon distribution, and emergency backup of the project with an array of diesel generators providing 3MW of backup power each. The administration area is single‐story with a glass curtain wall, secured main entrance and a loading dock. The interior of the Administration space includes typical office finishes, a precast tornado shelter, and amenities including employee recreation and dining space. The project campus work comprises roads, walk paths, landscaping, security fencing, culvert/bridge for a creek crossing and a guard shack. Following my temporary assignment at Kiewit Offshore Services, LTD, I returned to the Engineer 1 role at Kiewit Engineering Group, Inc in Omaha, NE. It is my responsibility to coordinate task creation, prepare design calculations and deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner through coordination with jobsite personnel, and internal, higher level engineers to review and approve the design as needed. I have also provided project management support related to TSCD items recently for the fourth contract awarded to Kiewit by the Washington Metro Area Transit Authority for the rehabilitation of various platforms and bridges for their Metrorail Transportation System.

I was provided the opportunity to work in a temporary duty station at Kiewit Offshore Services, LTD. in Ingleside, Texas. The functionality of this assignment was also focused on providing design support for day to day construction activities for ongoing offshore platform construction, barge loadout operational planning, along with field inspections.

I began working at Kiewit in June as an entry level field/office engineer in the Underground District, and transferred to Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers where the Construction Engineering Services Group is responsible for performing designs, design reviews, and inspections of temporary structures of varying risk level. The temporary structures are used internally by Kiewit personnel or by contracted personnel on construction sites to aid in daily construction tasks.

The functionality of this contract engineering role included the efficient design and planning of fiber routes for various clientele including new consumers for Century Link fiber network services. The planning designs submitted to the drafting technicians were required to be cross-referenced with Century Link Wire Center personnel to ensure accurate records were maintained.

As a store associate, and sales manager upon leaving the company, my roles were focused heavily in providing fast and friendly customer service to all customers as a cashier, lifting heavy objects, building shelves to display promotional or seasonal product, stocking refrigerated shelves, stocking dry shelves, and creating and submitting product orders. A very large responsibility in this position was ensuring other team members were setup for success at the beginning of their work shifts, whether this was ensuring pizza has been prepared for the morning food manager, keeping pizza and other hot food items fresh throughout the day, and making sure daily use items or areas are fully stocked and meticulously cleaned.
