Hansen’s culture and settings- Internal requirements – writing and maintaining SOPs and instructions on how to implement, operate and maintain critical IT systems in a validated and controlled state- IT system validation – providing management and coordination of and assistance and support to IT validation projects- Training and support – providing training and support on IT quality, IT compliance and GxP principles- IT quality documentation – establishing and maintaining systems and templates to ensure proper IT documentation - IT audits – providing management of and assistance to audits from external authorities and Chr. Hansen’s vendors- Periodic system review - performing periodic review, status and accounting for validated IT systems
