As a platform engineer at Mentimeter my main responsibility is making sure that our product engineers can work efficiently and focus on developing the product. Some of my focus areas in the role our maintaining our application platform built on Next.js, maintaining integrations to third party tools like Split.io, Sentry, Datadog and Intercom, develop new tooling for product teams and educating them in how they are used, leading and consulting on larger technical initiatives, and assisting with moving our design system forward.Som larger projects I have been a major contributor to:* Leading the work of moving our whole codebase from Flow.js to Typescript (over 250k lines of code)* Consolidating our three big applications on the same tech stack built with Next.js* Moving all our frontend code into a monorepo. This took many product changes down from requiring four deployments (underlying package => app 1, app 2 & app 3) to one.

Main responsibilities were support, maintenance and inventory control of technical equipment at Formark Nuclear Power Plant.- Created an interactive visualisation of the nuclear plant’s reactor core temperature history using HTML, javascript and CSS to aid the physicists in getting a good overview of the large amount of data.- Created a digital time reporting system to replace a paper based one.
