Under a consultant contract with Northstream, held the position of CEO at Radio Components Sweden AB, a company within the Tele2 Group, developing and marketing amplifiers for base stations (Tower Mounted Boosters). Key areas of responsibilities and experiences from this position:• General management and leadership skills – responsible for an organization of 15 people and a turnover of 10 M EUR.• Account management – heading certain strategic operator accounts as well as initial sales efforts in India. • Responsible for production which was outsourced to an EMS-partner• Administration and finance – responsible for financial control and reporting towards group finance function• Strategic planning – lead the strategic planning together with the board to find a suitable future for the company• Execution of a downsizing strategy for the company, as the long term business case was not sustainable
