Hello! I'm a freelance/contract software developer passionate about efficiently shipping well-crafted software. I'm striving for proficiency in every part of the software development life cycle including high level system architecture, CI/CD automation, test automation, as well as backend/frontend development. I aim to write expressive, maintainable and testable code to not only to solve a customers needs - but also so I can be proud of the craftsmanship itself. I'm a rather competitive person and I don't enjoy what I do if I'm not good at it - or at least on a quick path to becoming so. I always strive to improve as this besides constructing quality software that make a difference are my main drives. I always look for projects that give me the space needed to fulfill these goals. I try to improve by constantly analyzing and criticizing my own work and encouraging my coworkers to help me with this. I love working in teams that harbor a competitive spirit in a constructive manner. I try to apply new designs and principles on my code as a way of improving. I do this through projects both at work and at home, by reading books and staying up to date through social networking groups. TypeScript/JavaScript and Java/Kotlin are my primary languages, and I also feel comfortable with Ruby and Python. I always find it rewarding to learn new languages.
