Industrial post doc project at DMA form 2021-2024 on “neglected populations” in clinical trials: Populations such as elderly, children, pregnant and ethnic minorities are under-represented in some clinical trials (“Neglected”). This means we know less about how medicines affect them, making them more susceptible of adverse reactions. There are many different reasons for this neglect, e.g. ethics and the need to get robust data. The interdisciplinary team will dive deep into e.g. Real World Evidence, AI and analysis of the legal framework to address the questions: How do we systematically and effectively identify neglect in clinical trials? What are the cause of the neglect? What can we do to alleviate it and do we have an appropriate legal and regulatory setup to support the possible solutions?

Collaboratorium is an explorative space for interaction among research institutions, art institutions, filmmakers, open source communities and private research units. IPR Policies in European Research Infrastructure Consortia (ERIC)The CoNext project is an interfaculty collaborative project working closely together with the European Spallation Source (ESS) currently being built in Lund, Sweeden. In 2015 ESS where established as an ERIC under the ERIC EU regulation. At the faculty of law we have been particularly interested in the development of the IPR policies required by the EU regulation for ERICs. We both adopted open innovation, EU policy, institutional and IPR perspectives in this research.

Applying Patents - Imagining Openness - Patenting enabling technologies i synthetic biology, the case of CRISPRThis thesis * Develop a theoretical framework for interdisciplinary discourses on law, technology and society.* Explore the landscape evolving around the coupling of openness and patents. Legal discourse increasingly finds itself intertwined in various complex social and technological perspectives. The implications of the increased speed of technological development and the acknowledgement of the broad impact of technological development highlights the need to consider how law may attain a more proactive approach in order to keep abreast with development as well as considerations of a foundation for law to engage in interdisciplinary discourse addressing the broader issues of technological development.

Facilitated the students learning of general legal method and aquisition of knowledge within all legal subjects in the first two semester (erstatning & kontrakt, juridisk metode, strafferet, obligationsret, individets grundlæggende rettigheder, familie & arveret). Coaching the group work undertaken by the students.

Turnaround on a small local business and developing new complementary business areas.

We created workshops and networks, that created innovative, interdisciplinary solutions to social problems - e.g. what to do about the growing +50 part of the population. Further we developped a colllaborative platform - wecollaborate.org, to facilitate flows of knowledge and ideas between professions, organizations, educations and other pools of knowledge.

Development and startup of a new restaurant in cooperation with the existing theater. The goals was to - Make better use of the theaters ressources - Giving the theaters guests the posibiity of dining before the show - Make better use of the dynamics between entertainment and restaurant bussiness.

Challenging - especially the british food....
