My key responsibility is to define requirements for new PLM system and ensure the right implementation. I can say I'm Product Owner for our new PLM system. In addition I ensure the proper implementation of CMII process in all European sites.Every day I also support engineers in CMII process and GES system (PLM). As certified internal trainer I deliver trainings for worldwide CMII staff. On daily basis I monitor and audit the Change Management process execution. As the member of global CMII steering team I lead work on procedures and tools updates and drive the problem solving process.

I manage team of 12 people. My team supports all tasks in CMII area (change management, documentation management) for European APTIV sites. My everyday job is to be not only to be the manager, but also the center of expertise for all change management related issues. As internal trainer I deliver change management training for engineering departments. During last years I've completed many soft skills training to rise my managerial skills. I'm CMII certified by Institute of Configuration Management (currently IpX institute).
