I have both technical and economic skills, which is very useful for any type of project management. I am also experienced in facility management and also in property management. My technical skills stand up on the strong foundations of the Technical College and University, where I graduated also from economics and project management.My main achievements in asset management and real estate:- complete processing of the tender for VIP real estate with a positive result- complete taking over the new contract (real estate for VIP client), set up all processes, hiring the new team, training new employees, business activity (owner and individual tenants)- economic outcomes beyond expectations of executive director and also very satisfied client (acquiring new property)- internal auditor for VIP contracts in bank sector- crisis manager for contracts within the big merge of companies- main consultant for all FM contracts across the companyI am friendly and communicative with peace and calm personality. I have a sense of detail, I would almost say a perfectionist. I am able to quick orient in a new project and start work out in it, mean fast adaptation in new team, new process and new system.
