Member of 2nd level support for core banking and internet banking products for Slovak and Czech clients with focus on problem resolution and projects. Working in/with modern and common used technologies like UNIX (mostly AIX), Integration, Application Servers (WebSphere, JBOSS, Tomcat), Lombardi, Web Servers, Oracle and specific banking applications on a daily basis. Analyzing problems in software applications and resolving them with help of 3rd level vendor support. Understanding data flow between systems, interfaces to 3rd parties, dependencies between systems. Monitoring performance and availability of applications using Zabbix and other, more simple tools.

Provided remote or phone based TIER II/III technical support for internal AT&T technicians working in the field all over United States. Troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem resolution on a wide variety of mobile devices (iDevices/Xplore/Panasonic) and operation systems (iOS, Windows 7, Windows XP) on a daily basis. Support included hardware, software, operation system or connectivity issues while making sure the fastest optimal approach was used to get the desired resolution. During my employment I was awarded with multiple internal recognition awards, as well as winning in team competitions.
