I spent most of my professional life as an Investor Relations Manager in several companies operating in different industries (telecommunications, online retail, banking, investment fund). During this period I gained a comprehensive experience and knowledge, which I decided to utilise and offer to clients comprising small and mid-size companies listed at CEE stock exchanges.

participation on the financial due diligence reports on the target companies; first I was responsible for a part of the report, later for several chapters and before I left I carried out the whole reports myself (the individual chapters reported on the overall description of the business, detailed analyses of historical income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements and appraisal of budgets - plans); every report included the chapter on the key issues identified during the due diligence process; I was responsible directly to the manager of the project and took part at the report presentation to the client
