Econverse is a dynamic NGO operating in the CEE region, dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs aged 16-20 through ideathons and intensive 4-week startup crash courses.Since the beginning, we have supported thousands of high school students in developing essential business skills and connections. Our efforts have garnered the support of prominent organizations such as InCredibles, Baker McKenzie, and Google for Startups.Now, with the support of the Visegrad Fund, we are expanding our impact to four countries: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, in addition to Poland.As the Marketing Operations Manager at Econverse, I lead and manage various projects, working closely with the Team to implement our marketing strategy. My focus is on optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence while contributing to the overall strategy of Econverse. I worked as a Software Developer on a social app project submitted to the Zwolnieni z Teorii competition. I developed the app using Flutter and utilized Firebase for backend services and data management.
