Econverse is a dynamic NGO operating in the CEE region, dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs aged 16-20 through ideathons and intensive 4-week startup crash courses.Since the beginning, we have supported thousands of high school students in developing essential business skills and connections. Our efforts have garnered the support of prominent organizations such as InCredibles, Baker McKenzie, and Google for Startups.Now, with the support of the Visegrad Fund, we are expanding our impact to four countries: the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary, in addition to Poland.As the Marketing Operations Manager at Econverse, I lead and manage various projects, working closely with the Team to implement our marketing strategy. My focus is on optimizing processes to achieve operational excellence while contributing to the overall strategy of Econverse. I am committed to ensuring that our initiatives are executed efficiently, helping to drive the organization forward.Our mission is to make the Econverse brand stand out and propel the organization forward with fresh, creative ideas and strategic marketing.
