At the same time supporting other teams in preparation of estimates, tenders, due diligence reports, bill of quantities and claim opinions for retail, residential, office and infrastructure investments.Projects Involvement:• Execution of Tarasy Zamkowe Shopping Centre in Lublin for Immofinanz Services PolandTender for General Contractor, construction and post completion stages of 6 storey building with 118 thousand sqm of gross building area. Project characteristic: 38 thousand sqm of lease area, 46 thousand sqm of 3-level underground parking and 12 thousand sqm of public area. Green roof accessible for customers. Project fully conducted in English language.o Construction and Investment Budget control (about 90 mln EUR)o Tender documentation preparationo Negotiations with contractors and consultants, including appointment of GCo Work progress control of all major investment participantso Cash flow forecast for Investor’s financial department and for bank loan purposeso Change management and assessment, including Value Engineering proposalso Final Account of the investment
