Account Manager
CurrentKoderia by Objectify-Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.-Collaborating closely with hiring managers and top management on our client's side.-Negotiating and participating in business meetings.-Communicating with the HR department to identify candidate and position needs, including technical specifications.-Pre-screening and evaluating potential candidates.-Presenting candidates to hiring managers.-Coordinating job interviews and actively participating in the process.-Providing feedback to the HR department and top management.-Managing all administrative processes related to client contracts.
