Thanks to my experience from Česko.Digital I started to be more interested in UX/UI design and less in marketing. This brought me into Siesta Labs family - into Siesta Codes company, where I was responsible for designing UX/UI for web/desktop/mobile applications and websites.After some months in Siesta Codes, I started working more with developers regarding their task management and leading the development of Front-End features of apps we were working on. Now I am responsible for bridging communication between client and developers so everyone knows what should be done.

I was always fan of non-profit and digitalization, so joining core team of Česko.Digital was no-brainer to me. I joined the marketing team and was responsible mostly for Digital Marketing in the team. During that time we were working on non-profit projects as Učíme Online, Cityvizor and Internal projects (new website of Česko.Digital). The next part of my JD was implementation of new social media strategy that brought growth of our follower base and therefore also a growth of a whole volunteering community.

Učíme Online was one of my biggest projects during my time in Česko.Digital. I was responsible for its digital support. Together with volunteering team, we created brand new website and CI for this project and we implemented LMS system for easy access to our webinar content among teachers. This project was hugely successful during COVID pandemic - there were thousands of involved teachers who attended online lessons about online education of their pupils. Part of the project was also Hardware Collection that was helping families with hardware they couldn’t afford.

After years in performance marketing, I moved in 2019 to social media agency TRIAD, where I worked as social media brand manager. My main responsibility was preparing and implementing social media campaigns for big brands, their evaluating and reporting to clients.Clients I worked with:- Velkopopovický Kozel International (DE, AT, HR, HU, KR, SWE, FIN) - Pilsner Urquel- Pribináček- Ben&Jerry, GROM (Unilever)- Bambino- Lučina

Between year 2017 and 2019 I was part of marketing team at Blueberry on position of Digital Strategist. My main responsibilities were to create digital strategies and coordinate specialists for different marketing disciplines. Next to that I was communicating with clients about their ideas which we later transform to strategy and that strategy to results. Since July 2016 I was member of international team which is managing AIESEC in the Czech Republic. I started working as responsible for Digital Marketing activities. During my time I started implementing brand rules and standards across our local committees around country as well as come up start of cleaning our online channels, which were very chaotic in the past.As my biggest KPI was number of new LEADs and their conversion through internal customer flow, I was focusing on improving these processes as well (better UX for websites, automatised e-mails, connection with online campaigns etc.). I was also in charge of creation some internal ordinances to ensure that there is more order than chaos in communication with external subjects.In February 2017 I also took a role of organisation PR manager as we were struggling with disinformation campaign against our organisation and we were attacked on social media and in some magazines. Here I was responsible of answering the press their questions as well as discussing opinions with people who were leading that anti-campaign against us and making public announcements and statements for organisation.Other activities:• Merging 13 Facebook channels into one national channel that is being maintained by people with better education and with awareness about international brand rules of our organisation + managing other online channels• Education of members about internal brand rules• Implementation of German solution for working with internal international system more efficiently and cutting some unnecessary processes on the way• Creation of new online and offline materials that are being used by committees around the country• Communication with external print company and preparing assets for our orders to be worked by print company• Improvements of our external and internal websites• Working with external/professional designers about upgrading our visuals materials• Managing Google domain for our organisation

Between August 2015 and June 2016 I was in charge of marketing activities in TappyTaps. In this time we started working on approaching of Asian market - we employed Chinese intern to help us with translations and with mindset of Chinese people. In September 2014 I have started working in TappyTaps company on the position of Customer Care Specialist. My biggest responsibility was to communicate with company clients, who had some issues with company's products. Between April 2015 and March 2016 I was in charge of Local Committee of AIESEC organization in Hradec Králové which is striving for unleashing potential of young people in the region . In that year we were able to send more than 10 people abroad to get volunteering or professional experience. We also accepted more than 30 foreigners for cultural experience in Czech Republic and 1 for her professional experience in local startup. This year gave me so far biggest experience in leading people and managing team which was created from 7 absolutely different characters (including me).Other activities:• direct leading of 6 members of Executive Board • responsibility for in-direct leading of whole committee of approximately 20 members• planning process of year activities and year flow • establishing partnerships with companies and universities• organizing events for students to activate their potential

Between April 2014 and March 2015 I was member of executive board of Local Committee of AIESEC in Hradec Králové. My position was manager of international volunteering projects on Czech schools. During that year I was leading team of 5-8 members who were organizing several runs of projects. In those 12 months we brought to Czech Republic 36 foreign students who were having presentations about their countries and cultural differences. During the year students visited 25 Czech schools and influenced more than 15000 Czech pupils.Other activities:• leading a team of project coordinators• account management with schools• preparation of induction seminars for foreign students• selection process of foreign students• project budget creation• project promotion and media appearances

Since I joined AIESEC I was member of team who was in charge of organizing very first EDISON project on Czech schools in East Bohemia. In 3 three months of preparation we were able to find 5 interested schools and 8 great students from all around the world. This project was so successful that lot of schools were interested in its next round next May. In September 2010 I joined team of webmasters of biggest Czech site about TV series. Firstly I started as a webmaster of new site about How I Met Your Mother. Later I was in creation process of The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones sites. In next years I got experience in writing articles, creating subtitles and setting up cooperations with external partners.Other activities:• writing articles about TV series• translation of English articles to Czech• creation of Czech subtitles to videos on Youtube.com• creation of Czech subtitles to TV series episodes• communication with external partners (HBO)• setting up affiliate partnerships• creation of presentations for fan conventions

In Texpro company I was employed as external Front-end developer. In those 18 months I had a chance to learn how to work with different CMS systems and develop my skills even further.Other activities• front-end development (HTML & CSS)• work with various CMS (Wordpress, Prestashop, Simplia, OXID)• development of designed templates for eBay and Aukro• responsive design basics• testing of developed sites and their debugging

This was my first internship. In those months I was in charge of managing social media profiles of Technology Centre and SEO optimizations on server Czeplinn.eu. This internship helped me to built network of contacts among entrepreneurial people in Hradec Kralove.Other activities• social media management• SEO optimizations of Czeplinn.eu (in Joomla CMS)

For more than 2 years I was working on part time in Sportisimo company. I was responsible for communication with customers in the store, looking for demanded goods, montages of specific sport equipment, coordination of storage space and other connected activities.

My very first part time job, where I was delivering leaflets and posters in dedicated area in Náchod.

On this summer part time I was rewriting printed materials into the new online system of the company.
