Employed as a senior researcher and mechanical engineer, I oversee the mechanical workshop, the Bio Level Safety 2 laboratory, and I supervise BSc and MSc student theses. I am the Group Safety Representative and the Biosafety Officer.

I was partially employed within the European-founded ROXANNE project, where I focused on development and integration of the automatic speech recognition models in a platform for the criminal investigators. I also trained the multi-lingual speech recognition models and provided software solutions to commercial clients.

As a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Early Stage Researcher, I developed the equations of state for the mixtures of cryogenic fluids. The goal of my work was to establish accurate equations for noble gas mixtures. The non-linear fitting of the equations to data was followed by the experimental confirmation of the obtained models. Both parts, theoretical and experimental, were similarly important for the equations to become a thermophysical standard. Since the industry expressed interest in the equations of state for other non-noble gas mixtures, I also worked on the equation of state for helium-nitrogen.

Thanks to the know-how acquired during my PhD and the long-term exchange with the National Institute of Standards and Technology, I was capable of meeting the challenge set by the industrial partner of the EASITrain H2020 program. During the difficult time of confinement, I developed the equation of state for helium-nitrogen, used for the process cycle design of the Brayton cycle refrigerator.

Within the European founded PhD, I worked in the Applied Chemicals and Materials Division of NIST Boulder on development of the multiparameter equations of state for fluid mixtures. I acquired the necessary know-how to independently develop the accurate Helmholtz energy equations of state.

I worked on the Cryogenic Moderator System design for the European Spallation Source ERIC. This work included thermal calculations, equipment procurement, control system design, and planning of the factory acceptance tests for the complete cryostat and its parts, e.g., liquid hydrogen pumps. The development work focused on reliable and redundant pressure control mechanism for variable neutron load applying APEX safety standards.

I was employed as an intern first, and as a research engineer later. During one year in CEA-Grenoble I studied magnetic refrigeration for the next-generation particle accelerator - the Future Circular Collider. The final result was a feasibility study of a kW-range superfluid helium refrigeration down to 1.6 K for high-field superconducting radio-frequency cavities. This work was focused on mathematical modeling and conceptual design.

My daily duty was to run classes with students and teachers in the following fields: crystallography, superconductivity, optics, magnetism, robotics, programming.

I performed the market analysis for building the peak energy sources ordered by the Polish Ministry of Economy.
