Beginning in the fall of 2013, I built a new development department at Expressen together with our new CIO and CTO. We went from having zero developers or UX designers on staff to becoming a department of about 65 people in cross-functional teams with product owners, developers, UX designers, development editors, and analysts. As Chief Product Owner during this period, I was responsible for coordinating the development of our digital products across all teams. As manager for product owners and UX designers, I also recruited and coached all of our product owners and UX designers.

I did my military service as a reporter at Värnspliktnytt, where many well-known journalists have started their careers. Together with nine colleagues, we published a new issue every three weeks to everyone who did military service in the country.During this time I refined my skills as a journalist in all aspects, working on news articles, investigative journalism and reportage. I made several trips abroad, including to Spain, the United States and Luxembourg, and for example reported on the US Marine Corps and visited several military bases.

I started at Östgöta Correspondent as a youth reporter, and wrote for the newly started department "C ung". I soon freelanced for more departments, both as a reporter and photographer. I also used my web design and web development skills and developed the "C ung" site, for which I then became web editor. During my time at Corren, I also started editing the "C ung" pages of the printed newspaper.
