Project ManagerCoordinating various project related activities involving project planning, execution, and management in tune with the core business objectives (including effort/ time/cost estimation/risk management).Managing development and release cycles and coordinating the releases of projects.Development of detailed documentation on Project Brief/Business case, Project Initiation Document, Project, and Stage Plan. Resource planning and management and scheduling of activities. Project Kick off meeting, scoping/business process analysis. Ensuring accurate, effective, and timely communications across the Delivery function.2. Quality ManagerCoordinating various product level validation and components level quality testing in R&D.Ensuring right components implement for pilot and mass.Ensuring third eye testing (Validation) of design product as per customer scenario.3. Process EngineeringAs PEG (Process Engineering Group) Head ensuring proper custodian of R&D Process.Establish, implement and maintain the CMMI L-3 for Dev. 2.0 processes in R&D.Ensuring successful appraisal of CMMI L-3 for Dev. in Organization.4. Release ManagerEnsuring accurate, effective, and timely release SOPs, Documentations related to products.Ensuring proper pilot production support to production and quality team.Ensuring component MPNs and sourcing related support to PPC & Purchase team.Ensuring technical support to product management team.Ensuring support to Sales and service after sales of products, including training sessions and making write ups.5. Business AnalystRequirement development for domestic as well as export products, by capturing voice of customer & make House of quality and convert into voice of product. Scrutinised user stories in small sprints for development team and trace the results.
