General Safety Responsibilities:Take all reasonable care to ensure the health and safety of themselves and persons likely to be affected by their acts or omissions.Ensure that HS & E Management Systems and processes are continually fit for purpose and are suitable and sufficient.Propose and implement practical safety, health and environmental improvement projects in liaison with Rig Superintendent / HS&E coordinators and line personnel.Main Responsibilities:Conducting accident and incident investigation.Conducting Platform Site Safety Induction & Safety related courses.Preparation and review the operation support: QHSE related procedures and guidelines.Conducting weekly conference calls with Onshore Management.Assuring HSE Arrangements as per client requirements.Implementing the safety amendments in work guidelines & procedures when required. Conducting Daily TRIC Cards review and monitoring process.Auditing WCC & ICC - Permit to Work System.Conducting Gas Test on site. Providing the daily & weekly HSEQ Onshore and Offshore audits.Conducting Risk Assessment review for all platform activities along with client reps.Controlling the BOSS & SOC Card observation system and reporting to the management regarding the statistic calculation and safety aspects which need to be improved.Sharing the safety Alerts between the work teams and reporting to the management.Monitoring KCAD contractors and subcontractors to insure the all KCAD Safety Procedures requirements are in place.Conducting daily meeting with clients and contractors to share the safety updates and discuss the plans for day.Conducting incident and accident investigation along with BP management.Implementing COSHH assessment for all hazardous materials involved with drilling and other.Rolling out Safety Issues during Pre-Shift Talks.

During field break I work as a HSE Consultant & Safety Trainer. As a part of cooperation I support and develop the Company Safety Policy, and also conduct Safety Courses for the Employer's clients.

Main Responsibilities:• Supervise subordinate staff members.• In conjunction with Training Center Manager, generate a training matrix for instructors’ development.• Carry out continuous assessment of instructional staff to ensure adequate staff development.• Act as first line supervisor for all company staff based at the training center.• Coordinate course schedules and staffing levels.• Designated Senior Instructor with V1 qualification (Internal Verifier) will coordinate and assemble all necessary recording, monitoring, assessment documents, equipment certification, and operational documents and ensure that master system files are up to date and ready for audit at any time both internally and externally.• To assist the Training Center Manager in the preparation of up date risk assessment covering tasks and courses conducted on the fire ground.• Delivery of specified training courses including where necessary translation.• To undertake course preparation and courses development as dictated by client requirements.• Record observation of individual students who are being assessed and reach a final decision on whether student competency has been achieved in line with course requirements.As a part of my duties I had also been involved in running Safety Courses abroad.
