 Booked the Factory Capacity. Based on factory capacity asking order from Merchandiser. Prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery based on the budgeted top line for pre-production  Will be expected to carry out order status monitoring and regular schedule meetings with merchandising and marketing teams for ensuring accurate and optimal capacity planning with cost reduction and increased profitability. Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to expedite production operations.  Track and monitor achievement against Factory plans, sub-plans, and recommend modifications as required to achieve targets.  Follow up with various stakeholders and ensuring the projection management activities are completed as per schedule. Take the Order details from merchandiser in Order details Chart containing – Season/Product description/Item/Order Oty/MRD/CSD/TSD. Take the SMV & Time frame from IE & Production team in SMV & time frame collection format. Making the Line Plan as per factory capacity & advice the delivery to merchant with 2 working days. Pre-Production Follow up like-Fabrics & Trims i/h status before the MRD & Sample approval status. Weekly attend Material meeting with Merchandiser & Material Department. It will held on every Sunday at 3.00 pm. Merchandising DGM/Material Manager/ Merchandisers /MCD department/ Production Coordinator attends in this meeting. Daily attend Cutting Meeting. Every day Morning at 8.00 am meeting held on. Production Director/Cutting Manager/Material Manager/ CAD department/ Merchandiser/Sample Room Manager attend in this meeting. Making Monthly Income Plan. Last week of every month make the income plan & after confirming MD Sir circulate the plan to related People( Chairman Sir/MD Sir / Production/Merchandising DGM/IE department/Production.
