I made a significant career move towards more business-focused responsibilities and joined a project at HERMES, the French luxury brand:👨‍💼 Following a colleague's recommendation, I took on the roles of tech lead and product owner in a Digital Asset Management (DAM) project.🎯 The objective was to develop a custom DAM tool for the marketing department, facilitating collaboration between marketing managers, magazines, and publishers for both print and digital ads.👥 Working with a team of around 10 members, I was responsible for needs analysis, detailing user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and validating all these elements with stakeholders.💻 The project utilized Drupal 7, incorporating custom fields, plugins, and themes, and was hosted on internal IT servers with MySQL databases.🌐 The DAM tool gained widespread adoption within HERMES, and its success led the digital consulting agency (Made4Com) to develop a product based on this tool, subsequently integrating it with other companies like Shiseido and CHAUMET.

I embarked on my first global consulting mode project as a Java software developer with MANPOWER GROUP, working on a:👨‍💻 My primary task was developing the core CRM system to enhance operational performances.🌍 Involved in a global team of 30 developers located across the United States, France, and India.🔗 As a full-stack developer, I worked closely with fellow developers, product owners, and project managers to craft and implement significant digital features.📈 This experience was pivotal in acclimating me to the complexities of large-scale international projects, fostering my abilities in cross-team communication and agile methodologies.

Following my graduation from engineering school, I embarked on my career journey as a Java/SAP software developer at Alti, later acquired by TCS. I played a crucial role in a project aimed at improving user experience and order management within the SAP suite:🌐 Developed a web application that seamlessly connected with the SAP backend order management system.💻 Created software components to enhance the user experience and streamline the workflow of orders within SAP, while also integrating with the Chaumet.com e-commerce website.✨ The successful deployment of this web application initially benefited our first client, CHAUMET, by making processes smoother and more efficient.📈 Recognizing its potential, this application was later extended to other SAP platforms across various LVMH brands.This transformative project operated using technologies like Adobe Flex, Java JEE, SAP Netweaver, Adobe LiveCycle Data Services, and GraniteDS. It not only proved its effectiveness in a luxury retail environment but also showed that it could be scaled up and used more widely in the industry.
