As part of the founding team of twelve, I helped launch New Seasons Market in 2000, expanding to eight additional locations by 2008. As Creative Director, I developed and managed the corporate brand, style guides, and retail visual design strategies, ensuring cohesive and compelling communication across all media platforms. I oversaw ad campaigns, in-store signage, collateral, and branded products, aligning with the company’s overall marketing goals. I led a creative team that collaborated with all departments to produce targeted, effective marketing solutions, from print advertising and point-of-sale materials to web graphics and private label packaging. I also sourced and managed external vendors to maintain brand consistency and timely, budget-conscious project execution. In a fast-paced, rapidly growing retail environment, I thrived on meeting deadlines and delivering innovative, on-brand creative work.

I developed a maternity product that was sold in both physical retail stores and online. I managed the entire process, from sourcing materials and designing packaging to creating promotional materials and the website. I also handled shipping, receiving, and invoicing. The business garnered media attention, receiving press coverage in local newspapers as well as in US Weekly and Time magazines.
