EQUIPMENT PROJECT MANAGER on behalf of Airbus Defence&Space on Industrial equipments for ATA24 (Elec.), ATA 29 (Hydraulic), ATA49 (APU) & SW on A400M.Coordinating all concerned entities (Suppliers, Supply Chain, Production & Design Office) and I also act as focal point for discrepancies in the logistic chain. If needed, to develop new industrial plan or new logistic flows for increasing process efficiency and decreasing shipment lead-times.Planning and managing of Software load interventions at Final Assembly Line in all Aircrafts, coordinating different equipments and stakeholders (supplier, in-situ subcontractor, production line, and aircraft configuration).For any equipment standard change, proposing an industrial plan ensuring it maturity in order to be presented to Configuration Management and fulfill Production repercussion Sheet detailing industrial impacts.Against Quality issues, pushing supplier root cause analysis in order to mitigate industrial rejections and putting in place preventive and corrective actions.
