Responsible for implementing the entire mechanical related works at sites.Monitor all stages of mechanical work to assure compliance with the contract document and project requirements, and prepare the required progressing reports. Responsible for HVAC, duct work, piping, plumbing, fire protection and conveying systems.Prepare, submit shop drawings, Material submittals, and request for Inspection/Test, Technical Queries, Variation Orders and Bill of quantities, As-Built Drawings etc.Preparing quantity take off, material pricing (Estimation), delivery analysis and other requirements for planning procurement.Leading the site teams & placing orders for materials as per approved material submittals & specs.Execution as per plans, coordinate, direct and supervise personnel, subcontractors, and engaged on project ensuring that they complete the work on time, within budget.Raise and/or resolve any project business related issues with engineering, the owner’s rep., contractors, vendors or the owner.Monitor progress of the work and facilitate expedition when necessary to obtain compliance with project schedules.Prepare/communicate daily reports of project progress, and plan and analyze all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the head for approval prior to execution at site.Attend all required meetings and conduct special meetings to resolve problems.Inform the head, potentially controversial issues, and recommend and implement solutions to same. Oversee bidding process and selection of suppliers.Optimize costs at all stages, and achieve total cost of projects within budgets.Preparing engineering designs, studies, calculations and reports as required for turnkey projects.Participates in tender reviewing, contract documents, site visits and prepare an estimated budget for bidding projects.Reports to the Project Managers and Operations Manager.

Reporting to senior engineer regarding daily progress of the work and plan for the next working days.Preparing all shop drawings & necessary calculations of HVAC works and monitoring the construction drawings needed on site.Check received material as per specifications on the site, check delivery note, PO, Invoices and informing senior engineer.Co-ordinate effectively with other architects and engineers throughout project.Continuous supervision of site and reviewing isometric drawing for the ongoing work. Preparation of Single line diagram, schematic diagram and Load schedule.Carry out the work with the good quality and within given time period. Preparing the material request for the site according to the drawing.Designing of Duct and Pipe sizes, BOD and BOP calculations. Installing Ducting, Piping.
