CurrentAugust 2013 to Present - Project manager for a large AE On-Call contract providing support to Sound Transit (ST) related to surplus property which remains following Link Light Rail corridor construction. Core effort consists of providing Transit Oriented Development (TOD) feasibility analysis including, assessment of existing conditions, market analysis, preparation of preliminary development concepts, testing of financial feasibility and reporting of findings to ST. Other efforts consist of RFQ/RFP evaluation, foundation feasibility analysis, and preparation of building demo packages.May 2012 to August 2013 - Provided project management services to Washington State Ferries (WSF) in support of the design of the approximately 18,000 SF Anacortes Ferry Terminal Replacement. KPFF led a design team consisting of Structural, Architectural, Electrical/Comm and Mechanical; WSF provided Civil.June 2008 to May 2012 - Provided project management services, as well as Structural construction support, to the Port of Seattle during construction of their 2.1M SF Consolidated Rental Car Facility, servicing Sea-Tac Airport.May 2012 - Project Manager for the SeaTac Rental Car Facility Record Documents contract, which consists of coordinating with both the Port of Seattle and Demattei Wong Architecture in order to update our Structural and Civil drawings for permanent reference by the facility manager.May 2012 - Recruited to provide Prime Consulting and Structural services on a few Sound Transit On Call Contract tasks focusing on TOD feasibility studies.February 2012 - Assisted in providing Two-Way Flat Plate PT Design for (2) Multi-use facilities on a fast paced schedule.June-2010 to April 2011 - Provided King County Metro's Rapid Ride Program with Structural design services through an On-Call contract. My focus was the design of signage support, as well as foundations for the latest Rapid Ride signage along its various routes.
