As a former officer of the Colombian Aerospace Force (FAC), I have led interdisciplinary teams of military and civilian personnel in the development of military, aerial, logistical, and maintenance operations. My expertise lies in resource optimization and effective communication with external commercial and governmental entities.In the operational arena, I excelled in integrating intelligence requirements and surveillance needs for critical infrastructure from external companies with UAV operations. I have conducted technical reconnaissance missions using remote electro-optical and infrared sensors, accumulating over 500 flight hours as a Remote Pilot (ScanEagle).With my adaptive experience in budget administration, public procurement, inter-institutional relations, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS), I have managed the overall budget of the Aerospace Force, addressing the needs of operational units and coordinating requirements with the National Ministry of Defense.From a logistical standpoint, I have overseen personnel and resources for the FAC cadets, including provisioning, inventory management, food supplies, sports equipment, uniforms, infrastructure maintenance, and consumables.In the field of doctrine and knowledge management, I have developed and implemented continuous training plans for ScanEagle crews, managed operational safety procedures, and reviewed tactical techniques and procedures through flight data analysis (FDA). As a military instructor, I have taught over 300 hours in subjects such as Command and Leadership, Doctrine, and Close Order Drill, focusing on discipline techniques and human talent management for FAC officers.
