Own and drive execution of Reliability commitments and Quality processes for the plant. Drive an unyielding quality culture and define actions to enable the plant to become best in class when it comes to the quality of products or services delivered. Provide leadership for organizational Quality and Technical activities. Ensure the plant’s production processes are executed per relevant specifications. Identify process risks, implement appropriate control points and preventive measures, and lead process audits, to ensure effective process control. Lead responsiveness on customer quality and reliability related issuesWork closely with Manufacturing, Engineering and Lean to identify areas for focused product / process improvement actions, ensure those actions are implemented in a timely fashion and in an effective and sustainable manner. Develop business metrics to accurately reflect performance and to effectively drive accountability.

Extension of all Responsibilities & Functions as QE, but now in 3 plants or buildings with different processes and products. Lead quality control system design to ensure continuous production of consistent products with the established standards. Maintain objectives of quality control; supervise quality auditors and coach Jr. Quality Engineers involved in the plant functions to ensure continuous quality control in material and production. Analyze data and specifications to indicate the product actual standard’s and establish expectation of the finished good.

Responsible for define work or projects from moderate to high complexity, following a work plan to meet day-to-day short-term and long-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate corrective /preventive actions or short-term and long-term planning.* Multi-task team Leader, dedicated to ensure a smooth production ramp-up and a defect free product, prior to, during and after a New Product Introduction process.* Acting as a change agent driving towards a "Lean” operation and ensure quality procedures are being followed.* Maintain process documentation active and enforced in assigned area to ensure consistent quality.* Customer Service: Customer Sites Visit, Conference Call, Prepare Reports to customer and verify completion of all engineering changes actions and documentation.* Establish internal processes required to provide high quality materials and services, monitor the results of those processes with internal and external customers, determines root cause of any non-conformances, and implements corrective actions.* Support all elements of the quality program and drive overall quality in all aspects of manufacturing.
