As an Assistant Project Manager, I have worked on jobs ranging from $10,000 to $30 million dollars. I have managed procurement logs, submittal packages, and released equipment/lighting packages and replacement parts. Part of my responsibility is communicating with the field to create RFI’s or applying construction means and methods to find alternative paths to complete the scope. I have met with vendors and General Contractors to assess routing/gear needed for the scope of work to complete submittal packages. I have worked on a variety of sites starting on the 55 Resort and Comarch PHX Data Center. From there, I moved to TSMC where I helped deliver prints to the field by using CADD and BIM daily. As a team of four, we managed a field crew of 120 men and women creating schedules and acquiring material to maintain a steady and fluent workflow. My last site was Intel Chandler where I managed small scopes of work throughout the facility as I assisted my Project Manager with larger scopes.

I worked on four renovations and two new builds. Some of my responsibilities were keeping track of inventory and material used. Quick clear communication to my Forman or Project manager on issues or additional information needed to continue a job. I learned how to install fiber optics and terminate it. Build IDF’s and MDF’s with full termination of the unit. Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment. I kept a professional statue when meeting owners of the building or having them do a walk-through of my workspace. While working I kept up to the high standards of my employer and kept up to the OSHA standards as I worked with several different companies all at the same time communicating to get the job done.

Through the hard work and reliability, I was trusted to go out to different locations to work on projects, through this trust I received complex information on how to terminate CAT-6 and run through pipe ways in varieties of ways on my own.
