I served two years in Iwakuni Japan as the Layettes and PEB (pre extended bins) manager for the unit I was attatched too. My duties required me to maintain a serialized inventory of mission essential parts, research the best parts within the budget i was alloted, and supervise the use of the parts from my PEB. Another job that I earned in Japan is the position of Floor Chief. As the Floor Chief I was charged with distributing tasks equally amongst the marines in my charge and ensuring those tasks were done in a timely manner and to the exact perameters set by my superiors.
