Throughout my career technology has always been apart of the roles I fulfilled. My first job AT&T I was surrounded by technology having to navigate operating systems, cloud services, and troubleshooting requests.As an Adaptability Operations Specialist, I possess a strong background in fulfillment of assigned advertising campaigns with a focus on on-time delivery and quality execution; tasks include: learning and adopting new products and templates, reviewing/implementing 3rd/4th party client tags, and rich media code. In addition to analyzing the raw data to identify issues, communicate results of the reports to various stakeholders to ensure awareness, while also building and maintaining an advanced knowledge of the products and site taxonomies of consumer sites that are part of the Cox Automotive Media Group portfolio. My achievements include managing high volume manufacture accounts, helping launch new products and processes, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and other cross brand accounts. My current focus is emerging into the Tech/Cybersecurity field. I recently completed a 18 credit hour program obtaining a certificate in Information Security and Assurance (Undergraduate). The certificate program covered topics in foundation, information security, and networking. Finally gaining academic knowledge in technology after being surrounded by It all of my life felt like the next step in my professional journey. I live in Atlanta, so in my free time it's always something to explore such as a new restaurant, city events, or exploring a unfamiliar area. I am passionate about emerging into the tech industry challenging myself with a new role and area of expertise. My goal is to further develop my skills and engage in a positive team environment.
