Led retail stores and delivery operations for Foxtrot's Chicago and Dallas stores. Managed a team of 7 store leaders, 11 retail stores, and an incredible team across our retail and delivery businesses. Drove double-digit same store retail sales comps amidst COVID-19 headwinds, alongside massive ecommerce growth and improved 4-wall and delivery economics

Led project teams of 3-6 team members in strategy, operations, and innovation projections for retail and consumer clients. All of my work was at the intersection of Technology (automation, AI/NLP, predictive analytics) and Operations (supply chain, retail front of house, restaurants). I specialized in blending the classic strategy and analytics toolkit with on-the-ground insights from cashiers, kitchens, and back-rooms to turn board objectives into actionable solutions.Internally, I led recruitment efforts for Black BAs and Associates in the Midwest in partnership with the McKinsey Recruiting team, resulting in a tripling the share of Black hires over a 2yr period. I also served on our Store of the Future, focusing on identify new technologies to apply to retail stores

Spent 2.5yrs as a Business Analyst and Sr. BA, with a heavy focus on the retail and consumer sectors across all functions. Also served as the president of the MW business analyst leadership team, coordinating trainings, leading satisfaction research, and collaborating with office leadership to set training and staffing priorities for ~100 analysts in the regionSelected work includes:- Food Insecurity/Food Access: Develop strategy, partnership approach, and success metrics to reduce food insecurity in a targeted community area- Innovation: Led initial concepting stage of how advanced automation technologies (NLP, IoT, robotics) could be applied to restaurants. Returned to led prototype and in-store pilot phases of work- Store Operations: Led various workstreams across retail operations, all of which included strategy/sizing + on-the-ground testing phases- Multiple other projects, spanning: Apparel (sourcing), Casinos (operations), Small-Format Retail (board strategy), Delivery (growth + IT), and Consumer Products (growth)
