• Check correctness for labor, material and employee expense work tickets created to summarize charges for the customers and division managers.• Check that the work tickets match all receipts and invoices that account for the charges.• Send unsigned work tickets to customer representatives to get appropriate signatures and approvals in a timely manner.• Utilize Laserfiche Program to scan in digital backups of work tickets.• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to forward work tickets to our billing department where work tickets are combined on an invoice for the customer.

• Check material requisitions for correctness.• Create Purchase Orders in Microsoft Dynamics Integration Manager from material requisitions sent in by Project Managers.• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics to receive invoiced items on purchase orders in order to process and close out purchase order.• Contact vendors to check invoicing/shipping status on purchase order items

• Develop and maintain electronic time tickets for all of our E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) departments in excel that are used to bill customers for contracted labor; assist coworkers with issues regarding excel worksheets.• Organize safety paperwork from onshore and offshore work for our E&I departments and catalogue online, organize hard copies that will be shipped to our corporate office.• Kept an updated list off office employees with their extensions and contact information that was sent annually to our corporate office's logistics department.• Answer multi-line phone system, handle general administrative duties, such as filing, copying, scanning emailing and support.
